Nolan graduated with a PhD degree in Pharmaceutics from Long Island University in New York. His PhD research focused on controlled-drug release drug delivery systems. Nolan worked for Mutual Pharmaceuticals, one of the top ten generic drug companies, for six years. In Mutual, he has been Manager and then Sr. Manager for five years in Formulation. Dr. Wang has immense proficiency in the area of formulation development, cGMP scalable manufacturing process development, stability study, patent challenge, API selection, pre-approval inspection, and SUPAC. He is also highly knowledgeable in bioequivalence studies, regulatory, and formulation strategies. Nolan furthermore has extensive R&D experience in drug delivery technologies. In addition, he has rich experiences in ANDA and NDA filing. In the past six years, Nolan has worked on and led the development of more than twenty ANDA products, including five Paragraph IV products.
