Nitsa Lallas is an Executive Vice President at Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group, LLC. She has extensive executive-level management, marketing, and sales experience in consumer products, retail, and business-to-business. Nitsa has led organizations through periods of substantial change and specializes in working with executive teams in leading and shaping corporate cultures, and developing high-performance teams and leaders.
At Senn-Delaney Leadership Nitsa has consulted with clients which include Agilent Technologies, American Red Cross, Bath & Body Works, Compaq Computer Corporation, Express, Hitachi Data Systems, Kellogg’s, Limited Brands, Pacific Bell, PG&E, Staples, Sylvan Learning Centers, T-Mobile and Victoria’s Secret Stores.
Nitsa provides a unique balance of operating skills and expertise in leadership and culture-shaping. Prior to joining Senn-Delaney Leadership, Nitsa had 20 years of successful operating experience with Fortune 500 companies. She held leadership positions during mergers, acquisition and integration of companies, business transformation and restructuring, and development and implementation of new visions, values and strategies.
At Dole Packaged Foods, Nitsa served as Vice President and Business Manager of two business units and as Vice President, U.S. Sales. She was responsible for developing and implementing major strategic thrusts in new businesses and channels of distribution. Through her leadership, high-performance, cross-functional teams were built, division revenues were doubled and profits tripled. Prior to Dole, she was at Crown Zellerbach/James River Corporation. Her experience there included a variety of marketing and sales positions in consumer products and business-to-business industries and she led the consolidation of marketing when Crown Zellerbach merged with James River Corporation.
Nitsa received a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University in Stanford, California. She and her husband live in Mill Valley, California. In her sparetime she enjoys home remodeling projects, cooking and traveling to visit their extended family which is spread throughout the United States and Spain. |
