Nimish Bhatt oversees the accounting for and administration of our mutual funds, hedge funds and separately managed accounts. Before joining our predecessor company in 2004, he spent more than 15 years in accounting and tax administration in the financial services industry. From 1996 through 2003, Bhatt served as senior vice president of alternative investment products, tax and quality assurance for BISYS Investment Services. Bhatt has a bachelor's degree in advanced accounting and auditing and a law degree in taxation from India's Gujarat University. He also has an MBA from Ohio State University. Bhatt is a member of the Investment Company Institute's Accounting, Treasurer and Tax Committee, as well as National Investment Company Association's Operations and Tax Committee. |
