Nilesh Desai is an Associate Director in the European Leveraged Finance Group, where he is involved with analyzing and monitoring credits. He is based in London.
Mr. Desai joined Carlyle in November 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Desai was a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Portfolio team at Citigroup, where he was responsible for monitoring credits in the European Leveraged Finance portfolio and involved in structuring and negotiating restructurings. Mr. Desai joined KPMG’s graduate accounting scheme in August 1996, where he spent four years working on a variety of audits in a number of different industry sectors.
In addition to his ACA qualification, Mr. Desai holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in management sciences from the University of Warwick and is a CFA charterholder. |
