Mr. Komyati practices in the firm’s securities litigation and regulatory practice group. He represents broker-dealers in customer disputes and regulatory actions. Mr. Komyati also represents financial institutions and private investment funds in their commercial disputes with various entities.
Prior to his employment with Bressler, Mr. Komyati’s practice was focused on complex commercial litigation. He has represented insurers, products liability defendants and contractors in an assortment of commercial disputes.
Mr. Komyati is a graduate of the Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review. While in Law School, he was a research assistant for Professor Rachel Godsil. Mr. Komyati was also a member of Seton Hall’s Student Tutorial Organization and he served as a student tutor for first-year law students. |
