Nikolas, Kolo, joined Pierce Atwood as an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in 2004. Kolo has a broad practice that includes class action litigation, commercial disputes, real estate litigation, insurance coverage disputes, government enforcement matters and ERISA litigation. While at Pierce Atwood, Kolo has appeared in state and federal courts in Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Kolo worked as a litigation associate at Ropes & Gray in Boston. His practice there encompassed a wide range of matters, including complex insurance coverage litigation, commercial disputes, securities class actions, and government enforcement matters in both state and federal courts. Kolo has also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Fred I. Parker of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. |
