Nicole has experience in providing valuation and financial analyses for financial reporting tax and transaction related matters. Her experience includes valuations and analyses across a range of industries including but not limited to software medical devices scientific products biosciences manufacturing and consumer products.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron's Valuation practice Nicole was a senior auditor with Andersen.
Nicole has extensive experience in performing valuations for financial reporting purposes. These valuations include FASB Statements of Financial Accounting Standards ("SFAS") No. 141 Business Combinations SFAS No. 142 Goodwill and Other Intangible Assets and SFAS No. 144 Impairment or Disposal of Long-Lived Assets. Her SFAS No. 141 and 142 experiences have included the valuation of intangibles including in-process research and development developed technology core technology customer lists and relationships patents non-competition agreements contracts and workforce. In addition Nicole has performed business valuations for tax transaction and stock compensation related matters including 409a and "cheap stock" related valuations.
