Nicole M. Murray is an associate and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Her practice is focused on intellectual property counseling and litigation.
In her practice, Nicole focuses on a diverse range of intellectual property matters, including copyrights, trademarks, unfair competition and trade secrets. Her trademark practice includes experience with prosecution, enforcement and infringement litigation, including experience in federal trial and appellate courts and the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board. In addition, she has also assisted clients with protection, registration and enforcement of copyrighted works.
In General. Nicole graduated in 2002 from the University of Virginia School of Law, and received her undergraduate degree in 1998 from Purdue University. |
