Nicole A. Colby Longton is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, resident in its Boston office. She is a member of the Firm’s Trial Department. Nicole’s practice is concentrated in commercial litigation: asbestos litigation, class actions, and complex commercial disputes.
Nicole is active in pro bono work and has successfully represented elderly and disabled clients at hearings before administrative law judges.
Nicole was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Holy Cross Lawyer's Association, and is also a member of the Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
