Nicolas Mirzayantz was appointed Senior Vice President Fine Fragrances & Beauty Care in October 2004. He personally leads the fine fragrance sales force in both the United States and France and oversees IFF's Creative Centers in New York and Paris as well as the Company's prestigious unit of natural products Laboratoire Monique Rémy in Grasse France. In addition Mr. Mirzayantz assumed the role of Regional Manager North America in March 2005.
Prior to this position Mr. Mirzayantz held the post of General Manager of IFF France and was in charge of integrating the New York and Paris Creative Centers to reflect the Company's global strategy in its fine fragrance business.
Mr. Mirzayantz has extensive experience in the creation and sales of fine fragrances. He joined IFF France in 1988 as a member of the sales team and held increasingly senior positions as part of IFF's fine fragrance account team. Prior to his appointment as Commercial and Creative Director in France he spent four years as Vice President Global Account Manager for Estée Lauder based in New York. Prior to IFF he served as Deputy Trade Commissioner at the French Embassy in Nicaragua in 1986 and 1987.
Mr. Mirzayantz holds a baccalauréat degree in Economics and a Master of Economics degree from the University of Paris II ASSAS. He also completed the International Executive Program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau in 1998. |
