Nicolas joined Partech International in 1998. He is a member of Partech’s global software team. Prior to Partech, Nicolas spent the previous 15 years as an entrepreneur and was a co-founder of several Partech-funded companies: Softway International, Softway Systems (acq. by Microsoft) and ISDnet (acq. by Cable & Wireless). Nicolas also drove the Softway Venture Development activity which led to the incubation of several successful start-ups in the U.S. and Europe, including: RightPoint (acq. by E.piphany), MultiMania (IPO then acq. by Lycos Europe), and LibertySurf (IPO then acq. by Tiscali). Nicolas also served on the boards of Meiosys (acq. by IBM) and Akimbi (acq. by EMC/VMware). Nicolas is an active board member at his portfolio companies: ClearApp, Pantero and Perenety. Nicolas received an MBA from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris, France and attended the International Management Program at both UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and Universität zu Köln, Germany. |
