Born in Rome, Italy on February 5, 1962, he is married with two children.
On February 23, 2004, Mr. Verdicchio was appointed Head of the Group's International Legal Affairs Department.
Mr. Verdicchio began his professional career in 1986 with the multinational company Danone.
He joined the Telecom Italia Group in 1987 when he began working at the STET Legal Department. By 1997, he was subsequently appointed Manager of Legal Department and Corporate and Fiscal Affairs at the Telecom Italia Group company in charge of managing and developing international activities.
Following Group restructuring, in November 1999 Mr. Verdicchio took on roles of increasing responsibility at Telecom Italia's Corporate and Legal Affairs department, first as Manager of the International Business Development Unit, and then in August 2002 as Manager of the International Legal Affairs Department. |
