Nicki has been with Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams, Ltd., since 1978, and became a director in 1985. She has over twenty years of experience working with privately-owned companies, including medical practices, technology companies, manufacturers and distributors, as well as professional service organizations. She helps these clients set up new accounting software, develop proper systems and internal controls for their financial functions, and improve overall profitability. In addition to accounting and audit services, Nicki assists her clients with tax planning, financial analysis, and business consulting services.
Nicki has served as an officer of the Chicago chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, and has been active in that organization for many years. Nicki is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, and the Purdue Alumni Association. In addition, she was named the 1996 Small Business Accountant Advocate of the Year by the Illinois Small Business Administration.
Nicki earned her bachelor's degree from Purdue University, her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, and her master's degree in taxation from DePaul University. |
