Nick White, age 61, has been a director of the Company since July 2005. Mr. White has served as President and CEO of White & Associates since 2000. Previously, Mr. White was Executive Vice President of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (Wal-Mart). In his 28-year career at Wal-Mart, he held positions including Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Supercenter Division for 11 years. Previously, Mr. White was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Sam’s Wholesale Club from 1985 to 1989. Mr. White is also a director of Manny Moe and Jack and Pep Boys |
