He has first-hand knowledge of the culture and dynamics of nonprofits and understands the unique leadership demands of mission-driven environments. Nick serves as Executive Vice President in the firm’s Chicago office. He is also a member of DHR’s Nonprofit Practice. Nick’s fourteen years in the field of retained executive search includes partnerships at two firms and five years as senior recruiter at a Fortune 100 company. Nick received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Oregon and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Institute in Nonprofit Administration.
