Nick Vadala has more than 20 years of experience in finance and operations with technology-driven marketing services companies. As Chief Operating Officer at JLS/Direct Response Solutions, Nick was President of its agency services division and was responsible for company-wide operations, finance and strategic business development.Prior to joining JLS, Nick was a Managing Director at the Winterberry Group, a strategic consulting firm that targeted marketing services and marketing technology companies.Nick served as CEO of CPS Direct, a provider of integrated direct marketing services to clients in the financial services, technology and specialty retail industries.His other experiences include CFO for National Leisure Group, a marketer of leisure travel for licensed brands, including Vacation Outlet, American Airlines and priceline.com; and Vice President of Operations and Finance with Rapp Collins Worldwide, one of the world's largest direct marketing and CRM agencies.Nick earned his B.S.B.A. and M.B.A. from Suffolk University's Sawyer School of Management in Boston and earned certificates in entrepreneurial management from Babson College and business communications from the Harvard Extension School. |
