Nick Slee serves as Senior Vice President in the firm’s Chicago office. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of DHR’s Global Recruiting Operations, which includes the addition of DHR Consultants and the establishment of new offices worldwide. Additionally, Nick is responsible for executing senior level search assignments. He is also a member of the firm’s Global Financial Services and Advanced Technology Practice Groups. Prior to his current role, Nick served as the Vice President of Global Research. In this role, he managed research and was responsible for all recruitment, search execution, management, administration, and training. During this time, DHR International continued its expansion domestically and internationally as the industry’s fifth largest executive search firm. Nick spent the first three years of his career at DHR as a Senior Associate. During this time, he executed senior level searches for Chief Financial Officers, Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Presidents, and Board Member searches for the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of DHR, David Hoffmann. These searches served clients such as WinWholesale, Pointsec Global Technologies, Mesirow Financial, Mansur Capital, Microsoft, and International Components Corporation.Prior to joining DHR International, Nick was a Senior Associate with a boutique search firm headquartered in Chicago. In this role he executed numerous senior level searches for clients including President Casino, CKE Restaurants, CIBC Oppenheimer, Click Commerce, NanoInk, Deloitte, Mercedes Benz, 3M, and Wells Dairy. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University, where he received a Degree in Finance. Nick is an active member in the Chicago community. He supports numerous organizations locally and nationally, including: The Y-Me National Breast Cancer Organization, St. Vincent DePaul, American Cancer Society, and The Alzheimer's Association.
