Nick has 5 years of experience in electronic discovery, computer forensics, and litigation support. Nick joined kCura in 2007 as the VP of Sales and Marketing. Prior to kCura he was the Vice President of Technical Services for Forensicon, a Chicago-based computer forensics firm specializing in trade secrets, employment litigation, internal investigations, and the identification and preservation of electronic evidence. From 2003 through 2006, Nick served as a Senior Solutions Consultant for Encore Legal Solutions a leading provider of electronic data discovery and related services including Web hosting, imaging, coding, and reprographics. Nick received a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and International Business from Marquette University. He has attended computer forensics training from Guidance Software and AccessData. He has also been a speaker on the subject of electronic discovery. |
