Experience:
Nick is a partner in the London real estate practice and has 10 years’ experience in real estate law. His experience is broad, involving site assembly and anchor tenant pre-lets in new and proposed developments; institutional acquisitions and disposals (often involving tax structures); and conditional contracts and option arrangements. Nick joined Mayer Brown in 1998 and was made partner in 2007.
Notable Engagements:
Advising on the site assembly and pre-lets to major household retailers for new shopping centre.
Advising investors in the acquisition of various mixed use investments.
Advising developers in the acquisition of existing buildings and exit strategies for managing tenants’ departure prior to redevelopment.
