Nick Lyall is the Chief Financial Officer for Global Consumer Group - International, as well as the Co-CFO for the Global Consumer Group franchise. He has been with Citi and its predecessor companies for 19 years, in various finance positions in the UK, US, Belgium, and India.
Before taking up his current role, Nick was the CFO of North America Retail Banking, which included the Retail Distribution Group (branch banking), the Commercial Business Group, Prime Home Finance, Student Loans, and Primerica Financial Services. His other previous positions include CFO for Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa; deputy Controller for Citi; and CFO for Middle East, India, and South Asia.
Prior to joining Citi, Nick worked for Arthur Anderson & Company in London for 5 years. He has an Economics degree from Manchester University and is a UK Chartered Accountant.
