Nick is a Non-executive director of QinetiQ and chairs the Audit Committee. Nick was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Centrica plc in February 2007, having previously served as CFO of the P&O Group. He trained as a chartered accountant with KPMG and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. |
