As Managing Partner and Director of Mohr Partners' Portfolio Account Management business unit, Nick Rossini is responsible for the performance of the firm's national accounts. With over twenty years experience serving national clients with their properties and facilities portfolios, Nick designs, implements, manages and coordinates the operation of some of the most successfully operating corporate real estate business units in the country.Nick manages high performance teams in the creation and implementation of strategic real estate business plans and oversees the team's performance on a transaction by transaction basis. Nick and his teams meet with each client regularly to review the strategic plan, implement new cost savings and value added objectives and to evaluate the performance of the team and further align Mohr Partners' service delivery to the client's business goals and cost savings objectives.During the past ten years, Nick has focused his career on real estate corporate services and portfolio management. Having represented corporate clients with respect to their office lease negotiations across the country as a vice president with both Fischer & Company and Jones Lang LaSalle, he completed a significant number of transactions including build-to-suits, dispositions, office relocations, lease renewals, consolidations, subleasing and sale/lease backs. Throughout his career, Nick has leased more than 14.5 million square feet of space ranging from small regional offices to 350,000 square-foot distribution centers and call centers. He has personally developed strategic plans; standardized transaction processes, portfolio performance standards, electronic portfolio databases and value added and cost avoidance standards. Leading a team of transaction specialists for a Fortune 500 package distribution client, Nick managed both the strategic alliance and the service delivery process resulting in the completion of over 50 build-to-suit projects and 200 total transactions. This was accomplished over the term of a multi year assignment using a standardized web enabled transaction management and portfolio performance process. As a result of this project, Nick received the client's highest award possible for customer service and vendor performance. Nick started his career as a salesman for IBM Corporation and after three years entered the commercial real estate business working for national developers. First as a leasing agent for Transwestern Property Company and then as the Director of Leasing for Daniel Corporation. His experience working for property owners and representing the interests of institutional lenders has provided him with an inside-out understanding of real estate transactions from the perspective of owner, lender, manager and tenant.Nick graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1980. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson and his industry involvement has included or does include the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors®, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, The Real Estate Council and the Texas Association of Realtors®, He is currently pursing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Within the community, Nick is on the Board of Ursuline Academy's Dads' Club and the University of Texas Dallas Chapter (Texas Ex's) Alumni Association. |
