Nick practices in the firm's London office. He is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and is an associate in the corporate group, where he practices corporate and securities laws.
Nick's practice covers most corporate finance transactions, including AIM transactions and public and private fundraisings, public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and general corporate advice. He is experienced in the initial and secondary placing of shares, with an emphasis on AIM market transactions and has advised on a range of AIM-related transactions including reorganizations, reductions of share capital, reverse takeovers, IPOs and secondary placings and takeover offers.
Nick is also experienced in advising international companies regarding the establishment of branch and subsidiary operations, post-acquisition restructurings and managing complex cross-border corporate reorganisations and restructurings worldwide.
Nick advises both domestic and international clients and has recently acted for clients in the US, mainland Europe, Brazil, Russia and China. |
