Nick was born in Anchorage, Alaska. In 1990, he moved to Pensacola, Florida where he graduated from Pensacola High School's International Baccalaureate program. Nick graduated with highest honors from the University of Florida in 2000 majoring in both Political Science and Geography. While awaiting the results of his law school application, Nick earned his real estate license and briefly practiced Real Estate. He attended the University of Florida's Levin College of Law, graduating with honors. While completing law school, Nick also earned a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business. Nick practices in the area of eminent domain. His eminent domain practice includes representation of both property owners and taking authorities. He has experience in land and land rights issues, both domestically and internationally.
