Mr Hoexter is based in London and has been a senior member of BP’s HQ policy unit think tank and chief economist unit reporting to the main Board of BP.
Mr Hoexter has a wide international business experience and is particularly skilled at project evaluation, having been a member of the BP/Selection Trust takeover evaluation/negotiation team.
