Nicholas P. Chapman is a Director of Knox & Co., an investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and international financial advisory services. In his role as Director, Mr. Chapman has overall responsibility for running client merger and acquisition engagements and corporate advisory assignments. Mr. Chapman is responsible for maintaining relationships between the firm and the private equity community and has extensive background in representing European clientele in middle market acquisitions. His clients have included Corus PLC, Tomkins PLC and Spirent PLC.
Prior to his employment at Knox & Co., Mr. Chapman was a managing director of Pall Mall Capital where he was responsible for numerous middle-market engagements on behalf of primarily European clientele. Prior to his time at Pall Mall Capital, Nick was Managing Director of Dunn Johnston & Company, a middle-market investment banking boutique. Prior to this he was Vice President with Carey Metts & Associates, a beverage distributor.
Mr. Chapman has an undergraduate degree from Duke University and earned his MBA from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business. In addition, he holds his Series 7 and 63 Security Licenses.
