Description of Practice:
Nick is an associate in our Del Mar Heights office, where he practices in the firm's corporate and securities practice group. His experience includes representing clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private financings of debt and equity securities, and general corporate matters.
Nick represents companies serving a broad variety of industries, ranging from private equity funds and financial institutions to consumer products, computer software and manufacturing companies.
Nicholas is a member of the State Bar of California. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.
Educational History:
Nick received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2003. He then obtained his J.D. from the University of California, Boalt Hall School of Law, in 2006. |
