Nicholas J. Aynilian, age 43, is Founder, President, Secretary and Treasurer of Vanick Properties Incorporated a real estate management and development firm, from 1987 to present. He is the Founder, President, Secretary and Treasurer of Aynilian Funding Corporation, a private finance firm, from 1992 to present. He is Founder and Sole Proprietor of N.J.A. Investments, a private investment firm, from 1986 to present and Founder and Sole Proprietor of LINIX Realty, LLC, a private real estate and insurance services firm, from 2003 to present. He is Founder and Managing Member of NAVA REALTY, LLC, a Licensed Real Estate Broker founded in 2005. Mr. Aynilian is also Founder and Managing Partner or Member of numerous real estate and lending partnerships and limited liability companies from 1981 to present. He also serves as Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer of N. Y. Aynilian & Co., Inc., his family’s import/export business, from 1982 to present. Directorships include Global Gold Corporation (publicly traded) since 2002, Port Nexus Corp. (private) since 2004 and Newport Systems, LLC (private) since 2006.
