Ms. Williams joined RED’s predecessor entity in February 1999 as a Business Analyst, and assumed leadership responsibilities for the Loan Servicing and Asset Management Group in February of 2001. Under her tutelage, the loan servicing portfolio has grown from $1.7 billion to more than $8 billion today. In addition to her leadership role in Loan Servicing, Ms. Williams also plays an integral role in RED’s firm-wide Colleague Development efforts. Prior to joining RED, Ms. Williams spent more than twelve years in residential mortgage services with The First American Financial Corporation. Throughout her tenure with First American, Ms. Williams served in a variety of roles including last as Director of Client Services and senior member of the Business Process Reengineering Team where she was responsible for customer service related process re-engineering, employee training and development, and service level improvement initiatives. |
