Neil Chalasani is a Vice President of the firm’s corporate advisory business.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Chalasani spent over six years in the technology investment banking group at Credit Suisse focusing on mergers and acquisitions and the Internet and digital media sector.
Mr. Chalasani has been involved in transactions in various sectors of the technology industry. Notable transactions include Orbitz’s sale to Cendant, IronPort’s pending sale to Cisco Systems, USA Interactive’s acquisition of the public interest of Ticketmaster, Blackbaud’s acquisition of Target Software and Target Analysis Group, Kintana’s sale to Mercury Interactive, Cyras’s sale to CIENA, Expertcity’s sale to Citrix, Safenet’s acquisition of Rainbow Technologies, VERITAS’s acquisition of Precise Software, Network Solutions’s senior secured credit facility, LoopNet’s initial public offering, Fastclick’s initial public offering and Submarino’s initial public offering and follow-on offering.
Mr. Chalasani received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with concentrations in finance, accounting and operations and information management. |
