Mr. Flanzraich has served as a member of our board of directors since December 2000. Since May 1998, he served as Vice Chairman and President of IVAX Corporation, a pharmaceutical company. From 1995 to May 1998, Mr. Flanzraich served as Chairman of the Life Sciences Legal Practice Group of Heller Ehrman White and McAuliffe, and from 1981 to 1994, Senior Vice President and member of the corporate Operating Committee at Syntex Corporation, a pharmaceutical company. Mr. Flanzraich is a director of IVAX Diagnostics and Continucare Corporation. He also serves as Chairman of the Israel America Foundation. Mr. Flanzraich received an A.B. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. |
