Neil F. Axler is a Vice President with FMV and serves in the firm's Real Estate Group in New York. Mr. Axler is a valuation consulting professional with over 15 years of experience in complex assignments involving individual assets and portfolios of large income-producing residential, commercial and industrial properties. His most notable assignments have included major office buildings, multi-family residential developments, regional shopping centers, industrial and warehouse facilities, hotels, golf courses, subdivision land, and mixed-use and special use properties. Mr. Axler has worked extensively throughout North America as well as in several Western European countries, and his clients have included both major public and private corporations - both domestic and international - as well as the United States Government.
Prior to joining FMV, Mr. Axler served with firms such as Deloitte & Touche, LLP and Arthur Andersen, LLP, among others.
Mr. Axler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
