Neil E. Daniels was appointed Vice President and Controller in December 2007. From September 2006 to December 2007 Mr. Daniels served as Vice President Corporate Controller and Treasurer. Mr. Daniels has over 16 years of finance experience including Operations SEC and Internal Reporting Tax Internal and External Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley. He has held various positions within IKON Office Solutions including Senior Manager Financial Reporting; Director of Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting; Director of Accounting and Taxes; Vice President Internal Audit; and most recently as the Vice President Operations Finance. He has also served as Assistant Global Controller with Quaker Chemical Corporation and was an Audit Manager at PriceWaterhouse LLP. |
