Neil McCullagh practices in the areas of creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Cantor, Arkema, Mr. McCullagh was an associate with Williams, Mullen, Clark & Dobbins, where his practice focused on creditors' rights and bankruptcy matters. Mr. McCullagh is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Virginia and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Virginia Bar Association, and the Richmond Bar Association. From 1995 to 1996, Mr. McCullagh clerked for Chief Judge Ross W. Krumm in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia. He received his law degree in 1995 from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor of the Journal of Law & Politics. He graduated summa cum laude from Radford University in 1991 with a bachelor's degree in Political Science.
