Neal has been part of Bay Partners since 1989 and is the Managing General Partner. As a veteran in the high-tech industry, he has an extensive track record of success, including investments in Informatica, Weblogic/BEA, and Brocade. He serves on the boards of a number of his portfolio companies, including Brocade. Before joining Bay Partners, Neal was CEO of Qubix Graphics Systems, Chief Executive of Envision Technology, and a member of the senior management teams at Zentec and Harris Corporation. In addition to his corporate endeavors, Neal serves on the board of EMQ Children and Family Services (a.k.a. Eastfield Ming Quong), and he has helped establish the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program at the University of Washington Business School. |
