Nathaniel is an associate in the real estate department and focuses his practice on land use, zoning and real estate litigation. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable James C. Dever III, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina, 2005-2006. Prior to the practice of law, Nathaniel worked in municipal transportation planning.
