Nathanael was previously with McDermott Will & Emery as a summer associate in the Trial Department in 2005. He served as an Extern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina in the spring of 2006, and for the Service to State Agencies, North Carolina Department of Justice in 2005
While in law school, Nathanael was an Articles Editor for The North Carolina Law Review.
