Nathan Will has twelve years of experience in domestic and international energy markets. He has worked in project development and finance, mergers & acquisitions, real option valuation and commodity marketing and origination. Mr. Will’s LNG experience includes the negotiation of charter party agreements for new and existing LNG vessels, valuation of LNG receiving terminals in Asia and the U.S., and valuation of long-term and spot LNG contracts in the Atlantic basin. Mr. Will has valued natural gas storage and pipeline projects in the U.S., Latin America, Europe and Central Asia. He participated in several transactions in the E&P and refining sectors in the Caspian Region, valued at over $1.2 billion, and was involved in the valuation and analysis of several major pipeline projects in the Caspian and Central Asian regions. |
