Nate first joined NorthMarq in April 2002 as an Investment Analyst in the San Francisco office. Prior to becoming a producer he worked in the acquisition group of a real estate private equity firm sourcing and underwriting JV equity, mezzanine, and preferred equity transactions. At NorthMarq, Nate works with Doug Weil on equity financing for national real estate developers and owners. Additionally, he specializes in traditional first mortgage financing of multifamily properties through Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Nate is a member of ULI, NMHC, and the Bay Area Mortgage Association as well as several other local and national real estate organizations. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. |
