Nathan Legardy joined Carlyle Group as Vice President in the firm’s Consumer and Industrial Markets practices. His responsibilities include client relationship management, business development and search execution for a nationwide spectrum of clients. Nathan has four years of retained executive search experience and has in-depth knowledge of established and emerging talents. He possesses solid networks within the industrial markets, consumer goods, retail and transportation industries. He has completed search assignments across a wide array of functional disciplines including general management, financial, and sales and marketing, as well as other functional areas. Prior to his career in executive search, Nathan was a Managing Principal of a Chicago-based advertising firm. He has senior level management experience focusing on development and execution of initiatives in partnership with Fortune 150 clients. Nathan has been active with several professional associations including work as a Member of the Associated Board of City Year and as an officer of the South Suburban Chicago Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. He was also a member of ATKES Diversity Roundtable. Nathan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the DePaul University. |
