Nate Henderson represents clients in commercial litigation disputes, with a focus on intellectual property litigation. He leverages his mechanical engineering background in his representation of clients in patent infringement suits involving cellular telecommunications, polymer chemistry, and medical devices.
Prior to joining Foley Hoag, Nate clerked for the Honorable Susan H. Black of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Before attending law school, he served on active duty in the Marine Corps as an air support control officer. Nate currently serves as a judge advocate in the Marine Corps Reserve.
