Experience:
Nathalie is the of Counsel of the litigation department of our Paris office. She has considerable experience in distribution, competition, corporate, contract, environmental and tort liability law. Her practice includes advising companies on the negotiation of contracts such as exclusive distribution agreements and franchise agreements as well as pre-litigation issues. She represents French and international companies before French civil, criminal and administrative courts in all commercial matters, including environmental, intellectual and industrial property or distribution matters.
