In her role of Director of Operations, Natallia directs all of the operational and administrative functions of the organization, including finance, technology, personnel, vendor relations, back office support, and is a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the firm.

Natallia joined Management Recruiters of Berkeley in 2001 and has been an essential part of the success of the firm. She highly emphasizes company’s core values, team work and relationship building, be it with clients, candidates or vendors, and takes a great pride in helping our Account Managers achieve their team and individual goals.

Natallia loves to spend her spare time with her family, participating in various outdoor activities and sports, such as hiking, swimming and tennis.
