Natalee Roan has 20 years´ experience in operational roles in marketing, sales, finance and operations, covering the full spectrum from corporate strategy to front-line sales execution and customer retention for companies that when she arrived literally only had products on the drawing board. Prior to Earth Class Mail, Natalee was Chief Marketing Officer of Entellium, a privately owned provider of hosted CRM software, where she was responsible for all marketing, public relations, partner management, and sales execution to build the company from early stage to the 4th largest player in a crowded market in just 2 years, competing against industry heavyweights Salesforce.com and Microsoft. Prior to Entellium, she joined Sprint’s wireless division before its launch, with zero revenues, until it had annual operating revenues of over $8 billion just 4 years later. Natalee´s responsibilities at Sprint included the creation & execution of marketing, sales & distribution programs and training to eventually support 35,000 sales reps at 13,000 points of distribution in consumer and business to business markets. Prior to Sprint, Natalee joined Nextel Communications when the product was merely a line drawing of what the first Nextel handset would look like. At Nextel she was the author of early marketing plans including target market segmentation, pricing strategy, and distribution channel development. Before entering the private sector, Natalee was the youngest faculty member in the University of California, Berkeley´s Industrial Psychology department where she designed and taught university classes in statistics, business management, leadership, and organization design. Natalee is a published author and received her M. A. in Industrial Psychology, with honors, from the University of California at Berkeley and her B.B.A., Summa cum Laude, from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York in Business Management. |
