Naren Lulla joined MagnaCare in June 2002 as Vice President of Information Technology. In this position he oversaw all of MagnaCare's technology investments and initiatives, including the implementation of an Enterprise System Platform. Since joining MagnaCare, Mr. Lulla has completely overhauled the information systems infrastructure and technology platforms to better serve its customers.Naren was promoted to Vice President of Operations in September 2005. He is now responsible for daily operations including customer service, claims processing and related activities.Mr. Lulla brings over 20 years of experience to MagnaCare. Mr. Lulla has worked at various organizations in the financial and insurance industries, including Oxford Health Plans, where he built systems to operationalize an episodes based approach to healthcare, and eTrade, where he implemented a Global Retail Cross-Border Trading system. Mr. Lulla holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Bombay. He is also an associate member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. |
