Nancy joined Novasys Medical with more than 24 years experience in large and small, public and private health care companies. Most recently, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance & Administration at Arcturus Bioscience where she was instrumental in raising $23 million in private equity and debt financing. At ORATEC Interventions, Nancy co-led the company’s IPO and the successful sale of the company to Smith & Nephew as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Administration. She supported ORATEC’s growth to $50 million in sales and profitability with sound management guidance and an in-depth understanding of the business. Previously, Nancy contributed to Baxter International and Caremark International’s success through a series of leadership positions in corporate finance, treasury, investor relations and corporate communications. She holds an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a Professional Accounting Certificate from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. |
