Nancy Weeks works with attorneys within the real estate practice group, as well as provides assistance in research and property transfers for the estate planning group, and research and preparation of mechanic’s lien statements for the construction law group. In addition to real property research, she is responsible for survey and title review; title clearance to include registration proceedings and quiet title actions; and preparation of closing documents for both residential and commercial transactions. She has combined experience of 30 years in real estate brokerage, mortgage banking and title insurance industries and the legal field.
