Nancy Loftin is the Vice President General Counsel and Secretary of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation and Arizona Public Service (APS). She is responsible for legal issues facing Pinnacle West and its subsidiaries including APS Pinnacle West Energy APS Energy Services SunCor and El Dorado. She also leads the Business Practices Department (which oversees ethics corporate compliance and transactions between affiliates) and the Shareholder Services Department.
Loftin joined APS in 1985 as a staff attorney and became an officer in 1987. Before joining APS Loftin was Special Counsel and Director of Enforcement for the Arizona Corporation Commission Securities Division. She is active in the non-profit community lawyers groups and industry associations.
