Nancy Hamlet, Director of Marketing, is responsible for organizing strategic marketing initiatives and providing strategy and direction for developing new markets for Cypress Care’s health cost management solutions. Her role includes the management of all marketing functions for the company, including the strategy and execution of the overall brand, creation and coordination of territory promotions, as well as developing metrics and scorecards for measuring success and overall business performance. Nancy has over eight years of experience in product and service marketing, client relations and business development. As the former director of account management and marketing for the government healthcare division of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), Nancy has first-hand pharmacy benefit management (PBM), Medicaid, and workers’ compensation industry experience. Nancy held leadership positions within ACS and was responsible for developing and implementing programs capable of providing the company with a sustainable competitive advantage. Nancy’s background includes positions in project management, account management, marketing, communications, training and operations. Prior to ACS, Nancy worked in organizational development and business analysis at Alcoa, Inc. Nancy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications, magna cum laude, from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama. |
