Nancy attended Alfred University and graduated with a B.S. in Accounting in 1981. She first worked for TRW Bearings Division in Jamestown, NY. In January, 1984, she joined General Electric's Computer Management Program. After graduation, Nancy held numerous positions within Information Technology, primarily focused on large project management. She was the project leader for implementation of the integrated manufacturing ERP system in Erie as well as the project leader for implementation of the Services Oracle OSB system.During this same time, Nancy earned her Master of Business Administration from Penn State University. In 1998, she left IT to lead the Customer Success organization within Global Services. In 1999, Nancy was appointed e-Business Leader for GE Transportation Systems. In 2000, GETS merged e-Business with IT and Nancy was named the e-Business Commercial Initiatives Leader. Nancy, who is a certified Black Belt, was appointed Quality Leader in 2003, and assumed added responsibilities of CIO in 2006. Nancy lives in North East, Pennsylvania with her husband, Gary, and their 3 boys -- Tyler, Ryan and Jake.
